  • Do you offer damage waivers?
    Yes, we offer an optional damage waiver for 10% of the rental cost to help protect you against accidental damages.
  • Do you charge for delivery?
    Yes. Delivery is $95 within a 10-mile radius. Beyond that, we charge 5$ per mile.
  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    If your event is canceled due to weather, please notify us as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for weather cancellations; however, some rental fees may be refunded except for the 25% non-refundable deposit. Alternatively, you can opt to receive a credit valid for up to 5 months to reschedule your rental
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons.
  • What if there are obstacles or difficult terrain at my event location?
    If there are obstacles such as stairs, sprinkler lines, or difficult access, additional fees may apply to cover the extra labor or equipment need.
  • What about rush orders or after-hours pickups?
    Additional fees may apply for rush orders, after-hours pickups, or deliveries outside of standard business hours.
  • Are there additional fees for setup labor?
    Setup labor is charged at 20% of the base rental cost. Chairs cost $1 each and tables cost $2 each to set up.
  • What is your deposit policy?
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rentals.
  • Event Preparation list
    Please note: Full payment must be received before we can set up your event. To ensure a smooth setup, please follow these guidelines: Make sure your driveway and pathways are completely clear of any obstacles, including cars and other items. Please pick up and clear away any items in your yard before we arrive. If your tent will be set up on grass, please mark the location of any sprinkler lines clearly. This is very important to avoid damage. If you live in a gated community, make sure a gate pass has been arranged and called in advance. Be present at your event location when we arrive so we can review your order together and confirm everything is correct. You must inspect the equipment upon delivery to ensure you are satisfied before we begin setup. All our equipment is used but thoroughly cleaned before and after each event for your safety. Please hold all questions until your lead driver arrives, except for any requests about how you want your equipment arranged. Make sure all your questions are answered by the lead driver. If you are renting a tent, please clearly mark where you want it placed. We cannot set up your tent until sprinkler lines are marked and you have indicated the location for the tent.
  • Do you require marked sprinkler lines or other utilities at the event site?
    Yes, customers must mark sprinkler heads or underground utilities to avoid damage during setup
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as specified in your rental agreement.
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    Canceling more than 5 days before delivery: deposit is non-refundable. Canceling less than 5 days before delivery or on the delivery day: you will be charged 50% of the total invoice for canceled items.
